We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with our product. For sanitary reason, returns are not available for all of our products unless they are defective upon receiving. An exchange will then be eligible if conditions are met as described below.
An item is deemed defective if it is received damaged. Once the packaging is torn, cut and/or dented, we regret that it will not be eligible for an exchange.
Should you encounter a defective item, please contact us email@example.com or WhatsApp 8499 3408 with photos of the defective item within 24hours, and we will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
Exchange of Defective Item
Defective item returned will be inspected closely. It will be deemed ineligible for an exchange if the item is used, washed, torn, altered or damaged in any way after receiving the item.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you at your own cost.
So it is important that the returned item to be in its original condition - new, unused, in original packaging.
Returning the Defective Item
Once your item is approved for an exchange, please return it to us via registered mail within 2 days. We will not be responsible for returned items lost in mail.
We will exchange your returned item with the same new product, or a product of the same value if the original one is unavailable.
You will have to bear the return shipping cost. All shipping fees are non-refundable or exchangeable.
There will be no subsequent exchange allowed for the item after 1 attempt of exchange.

Currently, all orders are final after submission and payment. We make every effort to make sure our products are of good quality before handling to our customers. Hence, we regret that we do not process refunds for any purchased item from our online store.
