Local Delivery (Singapore)

Mode of Delivery: Deliveries are carried out by Singpost (tracked) or courier NinjaVan.

Processing Time: Within 1 to 3 working days. O Lil' Sunshine strives to process all orders as soon as we received it and ship them out the fastest possible time.

Processing Time (Customisation): For any customisation item, it will take 2 to 4 working days. If any changes is required during the process, it will take another 1 working day to process.

Delivery Time & Receiving Your Parcel: 
- For tracked Singpost mails, it will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
- For courier, it will reach you within 1 to 3 working days after they have picked it up. Should the first attempt in delivering the parcel fails, the courier will attempt to redeliver to you. If the parcel still remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be sent back to us. A redelivery fee of $5 will be charged to resend your order.
- NOTE: Mailing times are on top of processing time.

Shipping Rates: $3.50 for orders below $30.

International Delivery

We ship internationally! For orders shipped to anywhere outside Singapore, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Delivery Time: International orders take on average 2 weeks to arrive at their destination.

Shipping Rates: International shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. FREE for orders above $150.
